Review: It is with great dissatisfaction that I am writing this review about Baker Epoxy flooring. The floor started peeling off after a few weeks. We reached out to the company, and they agreed to fix it under the warranty. However, after 6 months they haven't fulfilled their promise. They are ignoring our requests and refusing to fix the peeling floor. We are extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. To add insult to injury, we have been ignored and overlooked, and it's as though the company is indifferent to our concerns. It's evident that they only care about taking the money and don't bother to uphold their end of the bargain.I am sending out a warning to other customers who may be considering hiring this company. It is imperative to avoid them, as they evidently do not fulfill their promises. We are seeking a resolution to this issue, and we hope that the company will ensure that the floors are adequately fixed. We trust that this review serves as a warning to other potential customers of the terrible experience we have had. It's not worth the risk to deal with a company that prioritizes profits over excellent service delivery.

Review: Baker Epoxy Coatings did a great job on our garage floor, sidewalk and porch. We had them install the flake polyaspartic floor. Looks amazing. They worked with our schedule and got the job done promptly. Their prices were very competitive and ultimately the best. They are also very prompt on communication. I would recommend them 100%

Review: Very bad experience! do not use! Run! called and emailed multiple times and they will take your money and ignore you.all the good reviews are done by the owner Shannon Baker,See picture how the floor looked like after 2 weeks of installation! Shannon made multiple promises that they will come back and fix it but Jayson never shows up. We spent over 15K on a peeling epoxy floor. The pictures speak more than a thousand words! save your money and go elsewhere!

Review: I do NOT recommend hiring Baker Epoxy. My nightmare began April of 2021 when I hired Jayson to fix my concrete patio. I was informed that my project would be completed in June.I recently learned, according to the Better Business Bureau, other customers have filed 5 complaints in the last 3 years about the company, all which have gone unresponsive by Jayson. They have a rating of an “F” by the BBB.In June, I began reaching out bi-weekly to see when the project would be started. Meanwhile, my deposit was cashed in April. I was told the project would be delayed a few weeks due to COVID. June came and went. July came and went. I was told a variety of excuses of why it wasn’t started.I have never been able to get ahold of them via phone, only email, Facebook message or by text. Sometimes it took them over a week to respond, while other times they simply ignored my “read” message. I found that the only sure way to get ahold of them was to leave a comment on Facebook; they would immediately delete my comment, but then direct message me. Eventually, like other customers, I was blocked from Facebook. In early August, I reached out to a friend of mine who is a family friend of Jayson’s to voice my frustrations with my experience thus far. This seemed to finally kickstart things as two of his workers finally showed up on August 9th.On August 10th, I tapped into my camera and overheard a conversation between the two employees about doing drugs and that the business was a scam. Quoting, “if you don’t like it, too bad, we already got your money. Nope, not a scam at all.” This was sent to Jayson, who defended his employees at first and then apologized for their behavior. When the project was finally “completed” on September 3rd, I came home from work to a sloppy mess. Grout lines weren’t filled properly, blobs of epoxy were heavily poured in places, and other places they missed the clear coat entirely. Additionally, drop cloths were not used and there was epoxy splattered everywhere: on my brand new composite decking, my river stone, my siding, and on my wooden posts. They had also chipped off a piece of my brand new composite decking. I was 9 months pregnant sanding and repainting areas and trying to clean up their mess.By September 6th, I learned that the project wasn’t sealed correctly and now rainwater was trapped underneath the clear coat. Jayson assured me he would fix it immediately. Several weeks passed and time after time I was promised a date of coming out to fix the mess, but each time I was met with either another excuse or complete silence. At one point, Jayson promised a refund, but of course, that proved to be yet another empty promise. I actually ended up seeking legal advice because of my experiences with them. I tried to post the screenshots of my constant attempts to reach out, but it appears for privacy purposes, I can’t.Jayson and Shannon do not care about customer satisfaction, nor do they uphold their contract, which states a warranty of 15 years. It seems they only care about large-scale projects and their perception on social media. I got an estimate to fix my patio from a local company who said this is not the first time they had to fix Baker Epoxy’s mess.Working with Jayson and Shannon was absolutely atrocious and a waste of my time and money. I hope that my review helps prevent yet another person from getting sucked into their empty promises, shoddy workmanship and unprofessionalism. If you’re considering them for a job, look for someone else immediately.EDIT TO POST: I did finally receive my refund from Baker Epoxy after this review was posted.

Review: I sued this company and won the case. My front patio/porch is no longer covered with baker epoxy...it totally wore off, all cracks exposed. Really ugly. Baker's never honored the judges decision to return my money. Terrible company. Don't give them any money 🤑
