Review: FloorGem did great work on our floors, but ever since then, they've been impossible to get a hold of. I've needed a receipt of the work they did ever since February, which I was told when the work was completed and we paid in full that we would receive. But after months of phone calls, emails, and even trying to show up physically to their location (which the address on their website and on Google is outdated, btw. Don't try going there; I went and was told that FloorGem had moved months ago but there was no telling where their current address is), they've totally ghosted me. I wish I could recommend FloorGem because their work was good; I just wonder why I haven't heard back from them in months - all for a receipt!

Ken, the owner, called me directly and gave me a quote that worked with my budget and had me on the schedule within a week.
