Review: If you have a project to do concrete lifting, I strongly recommend you give Keystone Gun-Crete LLC a call. You will be amazed what they can do for you to address this issue.My driveway was sinking in the middle of the concrete slabs . It was off by 3 to 4 inches. Also, the entry into the garage was sinking as well. Those have created problems during the winter time when I need to clean snow. It also becomes a safety issue when we had elder guests or young kids came to visit. Even me and my wife sometimes would tip over those gaps.I came across their advertisement on the Clipper magazine, so I gave them a call for a free estimate. Benton called me the next morning, discussed my project and offered to come to my house to do the estimate based on my availability. So we met the following Tuesday at 10. He look at the driveway and gave me his ideas of how to fix it and ask me do I want the estimate. He took out the roller and accurately measured the dimension of the driveway and wrote down the details for the project. I was surprised to see the estimate was a range of amount. not a fix amount. He explained to me due to the nature of this type of project, the material could overrun by 20%. So they always added that into the estimate so customer would know what would be the maximum amount to pay. But in some cases amount will be very close to the low end. It really depends on the project . We look over the project cost and found it it to be very reasonable, So we accepted the estimate and Benton told us it could take up to a month for them to come to my house due to their busy workloads. I say, I understand and asked him to give me a call when he has the final schedule. Two weeks later he called me one day and said they finished one project early so there will be a half-day availability to do my house if we wanted. So we took that slot and he said a technician would be at our house at 7:30 that day . Day of the project a young man named Wesley showed up promptly at 7:30 AM. He just started to measure and to prepare the job site. When I came out to talk to him, He was very nice to explain the processes and how he plan to lift the concrete. So for couple hours, I looked over what he was doing and was amazed how careful and thoughtful about his approach. Last point I would like to mention is the billing , I asked Wesley if I could use credit card to pay for the cost. He said yes so he recorded the info and left. After two days I still had nothing posted to the account so I thought maybe I can split that amount into two credit cards to get some new card bonus from a bank offer . So I asked Benton if that’s possible, he called me back and said yes. He said someone named Will will call me to discuss the option. Next day Will called me and said there’s no problem to split the cost into two cards. So I I gave him two cards to split the amount and , even asked if I couldvuse the clipper coupon to reduce the final invoice by $50. Will said usually that coupon should be presented before the project is done. But he will honor that promotion so I got the additional $50 discount. I am very pleased to deal with so many wonderful people for the project As I said in the beginner, if you have a need for concrete lifting, you should give them a call.
