Review: I wanted to give an update to my initial review since It's been almost exactly 1-year since Richards LLC lifted a large concrete sidewalk slab (see below) to fix a significant trip hazard on our property last August, the week of our Sons Wedding, when we were receiving a large number of Family and guests. I felt the real test would be to see how it held up after the freeze and thaw of Winter and a year later it hasn't moved an inch! As I was getting ready to write this review I had to chuckle when I received an email from Elizabeth thanking us AGAIN for our business and ensuring we were still pleased with their work and to contact her if we had any questions or problems! Is that great Customer service or what! We continue to recommend them to Family and Friends and anyone who needs any of the services they offer. Thanks again Elizabeth! Steve(Initial Review)We had one end of an 8' long x 3 1/2' wide concrete sidewalk slab sink ~2" creating a trip hazard. I contacted Richards LLC via email regarding our project and received an almost instant reply from Elizabeth. I initially requested a "ballpark" estimate of what lifting the slab using the Poly method would cost and again received a rapid reply. I agreed to have them complete the job, they sent me a final detailed cost for the job and although it was short notice they were able to adjust their schedule to complete it before the weekend of our Son's Wedding so it was safe for our Family & Guests. We are very pleased and would definitely use them again for any future projects and have recommended them to our Family & Friends. Thanks again!
